During the shopping do you concerning what kind of food you are looking for or whatever this food will be healthy? If not don't worry because the guys from FSA (Food Standard Agency) will definitely try give you all options of labels that you can chose from what is right for you.
I love them for that, you know guys how it is to be on the diet...is so hard, you stress and the worst part of the diet is to do a shopping! I have definitely sweat tooth and I love crisps then for me the shopping was like a hell, but since I discover food labelling is just fun. I don't know how you guys feel about FSA and they great idea but they gave me so big satisfaction of making the right choices.
But....
Do you think food labelling could lead some of the companies/products to losing their customers?
For example, you go to the store with the intention of buying a package of crisps. Do you change your mind if you see that on one label of the parcels is less fat than the other package? I think your answer is yes. Now the question arises whether our knowledge is sufficient in order to make decisions which product is better than another?
Only because one of the parcels was less fat than the other is not marked the first package healthier, maybe because the salt level was so high that it will be better for our bodies to have some more fat then more salt.
Please tell me what you think about that.
